Once submitted, an EES facilitator reviews your application and reaches out to schedule a one-on-one interview. This conversation is designed to understand your goals, background and entrepreneurial intent, not to exclude but to ensure alignment and readiness.
Step 2: Psychometric Testing
After passing the initial interview, you complete a comprehensive external psychometric assessment.
This assessment becomes part of your personalised EES Profile and is used to:
- Identify strengths and development areas
- Tailor your learning path
- Support mentor and partner matching
- Build your long-term entrepreneur profile
This ensures your journey is personalised, not generic.
Step 3: Get Started
Once onboarded, you gain full access to your EES Dashboard.
This is your central platform where you:
- Access your first learning module
- Track progress and milestones
- Engage with mentors and facilitators
- Submit work and reflections
- View feedback and next steps
Your journey begins immediately with practical action, not theory.
Step 4: Build Your Business
As you progress through the programme, you actively build your business using the EES Business Builder Tool in tandem with your course modules.
This includes:
- Defining your product or service
- Registering your company
- Setting up operations and compliance
- Developing sales and customer pipelines
- Establishing supply chains
- Building marketing systems
- Structuring teams and roles
Every lesson feeds directly into real business execution.
